Orphaned Land publicó un EP, Ararat, en 2005, cuyo nombre viene del monte Ararat, incluyendo una foto suya en la portada, así como referencias a áreas de Oriente Medio.
Orphaned Land está actualmente trabajando en un nuevo disco, que llevará por título The Never Ending Way of ORWarriOR. OrWarrior significa "guardián de la luz", y el concepto del álbum girará en torno a la batalla entre luz y oscuridad.
